CHEMIWET – DJS
Chemiwet – DJS is special wetting agent and detergent with an emulsifying action for removing oily, fatty and waxy impurities and improving the absorbency of textile material during the pretreatment. In higher concentrations the product has been an excellent stain removing action.

Application
Chemiwet - DJS 2 to 4 gpl and Chemidesize -
ENZ 3 to 5 gpl padding temp. 60 C to 70 C pad
batch for 8 to 12 hrs. pad at 70 to 100 %
expression.
1 to 3 gpl hydrogen peroxide, 0.5 to 1.0 gpl
soda ash, 2 to 3 gpl caustic soda and Chemiwet
- DJS 0.5 to 3.0 gpl at 90 C to 100 C for 30 min.
Chemiwet - DJS 1 to 2 gpl with Chemiclean -
ED 0.3 to 0.5 gpl at 110 C to 115 C for 30 min.
