Chemidesize – ENZ is high performance textile desizing enzyme. It has side enzyme which hydrolyses synthetic size, natural gum, poly vinyl alcohol and water soluble cellulose derivatives.

Application
Chemdesize - ENZ 3 to 5 gpl and Chemidesize -
FBL 2 to 4 gpl padding temp. 60 C to 70 C pad
batch for 8 to 12 hrs. pad at 70 to 100 % expression.
Chemidesize - ENZ 0.4 to 0.5 % ,
Chemidesize - FBL 0.3 to 0.5% at 50 C to 80 C at
pH 5 to 7 , load grey fabric add Chemidesize - ENZ
adjust pH 5 to 7 and then add Chemidesize - ENZ
run for 2 - 4 ends followed by 2 hot wash.
