CHEMICLEAN – ED
Chemiclean – ED is strong stain removing, degreasing agent and detergent with an emulsifying action for removing oily, fatty and waxy impurities and improving the absorbency of textile material during the pretreatment. Heavy carbon stains and stubborn stain remove easily with Chemiclean – ED.

Application
Chemiclean - ED 0.5 to 1.0 gpl and Chemiclean
0.5 to 1.0 gpl caustic soda 3 gpl start at 50 C, raise
gradually to 95 C and run for 30 min. Cool to 70 C
drain and neautralise.
Chemiclean - ED 0.5 to 1.0 gpl and Chemiclean 0.5
to 1.0 soda ash 3.0 gpl, sodium percarbonate 2.0 gpl
at 40 C raise to 95 C in 15 min run 30 min. Cool
70 C drain and hot rinse at 70 C.
Chemiclean - ED 0.5 to 1.0 gpl and Chemiclean 0.5
to 1.0 gpl soda ash 3.0 gpl run for 30 to 40 min. at
100 C to 115 C for polyester and for polyamide at
80 C to 90 C, cool to 70 C drain and wash throughly
at 70 C.
