Chemibuff – LCB is unique high temperature stable acid buffer and core alkali neutralizer for polyester dyeing and printing process. This product can also be applied during heat setting. Chemibuff – LCB is high performance low foam auxiliaries with low COD / BOD and ecofriendly product.

Application
During HTHP dyeing of polyester Chemibuff - LCB
2 to 3 gpl for maintain pH 5 to 5.5.
During printing of polyester and their blends
Chemibuff - LCB 0.5 to 0.8 % on the pH of the
thickner in 100 % base.
During core alkali neautalization before heat setting
depends on caustic soda used, 4 part caustic soda
neautral 1 part Chemibuff - LCB is sufficient.
For heat setting of polyester fabric 0.5 to 1.0 gpl
Chemibuff - LCB is used.
